Babyshambles are a British indie rock band formed in London in 2004, primarily fronted by Pete Doherty. They emerged from the London indie scene of the early 2000s, with a sound drawing from 1960s British pop and 1990s alternative rock. Carnegie Hall by Babyshambles was released late in their career, following a period of relative quiet from the band and after Doherty's most high-profile solo and band projects had run their course.
