Badly Drawn Boy is the stage name of Mancunian singer-songwriter Damon Gough. He is best known for his blend of indie rock and folk, often delivered with a mumbled, melancholic vocal style. In 1999, Gough was on the cusp of wider recognition, having recently signed to XL Recordings.
