
The follow-up to 2001's 'Diabolis Interium,' 'Attera Totus Sanctus' finds Dark Funeral at a transitional point, featuring a new lineup and a slightly more melodic, yet still intensely brutal, take on their signature sound.

It was the first Dark Funeral album to feature guitarist/vocalist Mikael Svanberg, aka Emperor Magus Caligula. The album's title translates from Latin to "Consume All the Holy."
