"Life Processes" is the third and final album by ¡Forward, Russia!, released in 2008. It marked a more melodic and less abrasive direction for the band compared to their earlier work.
- The album was recorded at Chapel Studios in Lincolnshire with producer Andy Gill. It reached number 12 on the UK Independent Music Chart. The album was followed by the band's dissolution in 2009.
