"Jealous Girls" is a prime example of Gossip's knack for a transatlantic disco-punk stomp. It was the lead single from their fourth album, 'Music For Men'.

- The "Jealous Girls" music video, directed by hereto unknown director Sune Flemming, was filmed in an abandoned warehouse in Copenhagen.
- The single did not chart on the Billboard Hot 100, but reached number 75 on the UK Singles Chart.
Gossip formed in the Olympia, Washington, underground scene in 1999, fronted by the inimitable Beth Ditto. They play a charged, raw brand of garage rock and soul. 2007 found them riding high on the success of 'Standing in the Way of Control', a left-field club smash.
