Grinderman is a four-piece rock outfit featuring Nick Cave, Warren Ellis, Martyn P. Casey and Jim Sclavunos. They formed in 2006, drawing on the members' prior experience in various respected indie and post-punk acts. Grinderman 2 was released in 2010, following their 2007 debut and preceding their 2011 album *Push the Sky Away* by the Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds project.
