Kim Simmonds is a Welsh blues guitarist and singer, best known as the leader of the blues band Savoy Brown. He has been a fixture of the blues-rock scene since the 1960s. "Jazzin' on the Blues" arrived late in Simmonds' long career, as Savoy Brown continued to tour and record into the 21st century.
