The 2008 album "OH" showcases Lambchop at their most streamlined and direct, largely eschewing the sprawling arrangements of previous efforts for a more focused, almost minimalist approach.
- "OH" was recorded in just four days at Nashville's Hi-Vibe Studios with producer Mark Nevers.
- The album was released in October 2008 on City Slang records.
- The album marked a return to a more song-oriented structure after the more abstract 2006 release, Damaged Goods.
Lambchop is the long-running, eclectic indie project of Nashville's Kurt Wagner. At this point in their career, Lambchop had evolved from their earlier, more country-inflected sound into a looser, more experimental unit.
