Orville Peck’s debut “Pony” conjures a world of lonely highways and queer romanticism, a sound as indebted to classic country as it is to the Cocteau Twins.
- "Pony" was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Daniel Colvin. The album's lead single, "Dead of Night," was used in the final season of "Riverdale." Peck would later re-record "Roses Are Falling" for his 2022 EP, "The Orion Experience."
