Road to Ruin

Rhino/Warner RecordsSee this day

The Ramones' fourth album, "Road to Ruin," marked a shift in their sound with the addition of new drummer (and later guitarist) Marky Ramone, and the inclusion of power-pop-influenced tracks alongside their signature fast, raw sound.

The Ramones were a pioneering punk rock band from Queens, New York City. "Road to Ruin" was released late in their initial run of albums, after the departure of founding drummer Tommy Ramone.
