The 2007 album "Tell Me What You Know" finds Groves exploring themes of doubt and faith with a more textured, indie-rock-influenced sound than her previous work. It was her third release on the Fair Trade Services label.
- The album was produced by Dan Haseltine and David Hamilton. It charted at number 24 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums chart. The song "Be Still" was featured in the film "The Nativity Story."
- The album features guest appearances from Mac Powell of Third Day and Shawn McDonald. It was recorded at Quad Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. The album was nominated for a Dove Award for Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year.

Sara Groves is a folk and singer-songwriter from Des Moines, Iowa, known for her introspective lyrics. She was a prominent voice in the indie rock scene of the late 1990s and 2000s.
