
"Amok" is the fourth album by Sentenced, released in 1995. It marked a significant shift in their sound, incorporating more melodic and gothic elements.
- The album was recorded at T.T. studio in Tampere, Finland. It was produced by their then-frontman and guitarist, Miika Tenkula. "Amok" reached number 14 on the Finnish charts.
- The album features guest vocals from Jori Loikkanen on the track "Of a Dying Race". The cover art was created by the renowned artist Kari Huhtamo. It is considered a landmark album in the gothic metal genre.
- The album was reissued in 2007 with bonus tracks and remastered audio. It was their first album to feature the vocalist Ville Laihiala. The band disbanded in 2005 after releasing their seventh album.
