A one-off single for Geffen Records, "Breaking All The Rules" was She Moves's sole release of 1997. It features a harder-edged sound than their previous work.
- The single was produced by long-time collaborators Ray Ruffin and Mark Calver. The B-side, "Can't Make You Love Me," was written by the trio alongside producer Daz-I-Kue. She Moves's previous single, "Taste My Love," reached number 55 on the UK Singles Chart in 1996.
- The single was released on 4 November 1997. It was the group's only release on the Geffen label.
- The group's members were Louise Rose, Tracy Foster, and Kym Mazelle. Mazelle had previously charted with "Love Me The Right Way" in 1989.
She Moves is a U.K.-based dance act. They emerged in the mid-1990s with a string of energetic club tracks.
