Shades of Two Worlds

This 1991 Epic Records release found the veteran Southern rock outfit continuing their late-career resurgence with a solid, if not groundbreaking, collection of blues-rock tunes.

The Allman Brothers Band is an American rock band formed in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1969. They are widely recognized for their unique Southern rock sound, blending blues, jazz, and country influences. This album, "Shades of Two Worlds," was released during a period of revitalization for the band in the early 1990s. It followed their successful 1991 comeback album "Where It All Begins" and preceded their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995.
