This 2006 album from The Cuts was their third LP, recorded in a prolific period for the band. It features a rawer sound than their previous work.
- The album was recorded at Hothouse Audio with producer Julian Towers. The Cuts toured extensively in support of the album throughout Australia and New Zealand. It was released on the independent label Birdman Records.
- The album features the single "On My Way", which received moderate airplay on independent radio stations. The album charted at #23 on the ARIA physical albums chart. The band had recently finished a European tour before entering the studio for this album.
- From Here On Out was self-produced by the band. The album was recorded over a two-week period in January 2006. It was the first release by the band not to feature a guest vocalist.
