The Hope Conspiracy is a Boston-based band playing a hybrid of metallic hardcore and metalcore. They emerged in the late 1990s, known for their abrasive sound and introspective lyrics. Tools of Oppression/Rule by Deception arrives over two decades into their career, following a period of dormancy.
