Becker's second solo album, "Circus Money," is a collection of seven songs that leans into the smooth jazz and funk influences that defined much of his work with Steely Dan. The album features a tight rhythm section and Becker's signature intricate guitar solos.

Walter Becker was an American guitarist and producer, best known as a founder of the jazz-rock band Steely Dan. At the time of "Circus Money," Becker was two years past the release of his first solo album, 1994's "11 Tracks of Whack," and one year past Steely Dan's Grammy-winning comeback album "Two Against Nature."
