Who I am
previously.fm is run by Iuri Genoese Gomes, a sole operator. For the purposes of data-protection law (including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR), I am the data controller for personal data processed via the site. You can reach me through the contact form.
What I collect and why
I try to collect as little as possible.
- Account data — only if you sign up. Used to authenticate you and sync your taste settings.
- Taste & playback preferences — stored in your browser; synced if you sign in.
- Roadmap votes — anonymous browser ID so each vote counts once.
- Contact-form submissions — stored so I can reply.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor. I never see card details.
- Technical logs — generated by the hosting platform for security and debugging.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data at any time. Write to me via the contact form and I'll respond within one month.
