Who you're contracting with

previously.fm ("the service") is operated by Iuri Genoese Gomes("we", "us", "I"), a sole operator. By accessing or continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance

Your continued use of previously.fm constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not: use it for unlawful purposes, attempt fraud or spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping at scale).

Intellectual property

The previously.fm software, design, copy, branding, and curation belong to Iuri Genoese Gomes. Third-party content (cover art, audio previews, artist information, news headlines) belongs to its respective owners and is shown under fair-use / API licensing terms.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". I do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available performance. Features may change or be removed.

What's for sale

previously.fm offers a one-time Supporter Pass digital product in three fixed tiers (Supporter, Patron, Benefactor). Each tier grants the buyer a defined set of benefits — a name on the credits page, early access to new archive features, and (for the Benefactor tier) a monthly Liner Notes email. The Supporter Pass is not a donation: it is a paid digital product with defined deliverables.

Payment terms

The Supporter Pass and any future paid plans are sold through a secure third-party payment processor. Billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds are handled by the processor on my behalf. Refund mechanics are described on the refund policy page.

Suspension & termination

I may suspend or terminate access to the service for: material breach of these terms, non-payment of any fees, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of the acceptable-use rules above.

Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
